- It was expensive in terms of data bundles2
- After I lost ,y phone it was hard to chat wih him so that was the end1
- At times i didn't have data bundles to enable chat with him1
- Because am not always online and being without bundles also affected my chatting with him more often.1
- Because he offered immediate solutions to problems I encounter on my smartphone1

- At times it was much easy to ask sterro some questions that felt embarrassing asking the crowd at the workshop eg how to take screen shots.1
- Because in the workshop he could have a chance to share and interact with other group members1

- Both were averagely fine since each has its banefits and disadvantages,eg for sterro with whatsapp it was easy and also if I was at the workshop and something is taught well then I also got help,so both were fit for knowledge impacting1

- I felt comfortable in both cases since I could air air out my problems,with sterro u can ask anything at any time and get response later even if I was busy but with the workshops it was somehow a challenge to get all concerns answered,eg on lessons taught it was difficult to remmeber some of the terms unless one writes down,time to covering all activities was also not really satisfying1
